drinking in letters?

So I'm from another school, & I am transferring to FSU. I'm already initiated into my sorority & the girls I met here were really awesome, so there's no problem with me transferring my sorority membership here.
My question is - is it the norm to drink in letters here? Every time I've gone out, I've seen girls openly drinking/getting drunk in their letters. At my (soon to be) old school, that was something you just DID NOT EVER do, not even in spelled out letters. Doing so meant getting fined, reprimanded, not being allowed to go to swaps/socials, & other such unpleasant punishments.
Are the rules a bit more relaxed here?

i feel like the only exception is gameday, literally every sorority girl wears her gameday pin and drinks. but i know in my sorority if you're wearing your letters on a shirt that is definitely something you'd get in trouble for. I don't know, its weird here. just don't be a sloppy mess if you do drink in your letters

Very false. I've seen girls kicked out of their chapters for wearing pins and drinking on game days.
