spring rush at fsu is it worth it?

How does spring rush work at FSU and how does it work? Is it worth it? I went through rush in the fall and ended up dropping because it was just stupidly stressful and too much going on for me to really concentrate on finding the right house for me. Should I try spring rush? I've heard that if you rush fall and drop you get blackballed for spring?
