Many houses got "quota additions" which is why some were over quota. Any house that is COBing is under campus total and are allowed to COB until they reach campus total. COB at this point has nothing to do with whether or not they made quota.

the national aopi instagram says they took 92 girls, so idk where you got this number from

Because AOII has to pay for their house. Honestly, if being in AOII is worth it to you and you have the money, go ahead. But those dues are not worth it when there are many other sororities on campus struggling to make quota and AOII has shown that they're only willing to take girls to pay their bills and some day stop shoving 4 girls into one room in the house. Perhaps if you spent more time on sisterhood than on trying to polish yourself into being Alpha Delta or Gamma Omicron, you'd have a better chance at keeping all of these girls at the end of the semester. This house has a high drop rate for this reason.

The reality is that every sorority has bills to pay.. No matter what chapter so I don't think it's right to single out AOII in this
