They are very similar. Both are moving toward building houses. Both have strong histories at FSU. Both got kicked off and came back. Theta Chi is larger and more focused on athletics. SigEp is average size and more focused on their membership development programs. Theta Chi ranks higher in terms of prestige, but SigEp is real good too,

I think both of these are looking to leave Heritage and buy a house somewhere else. I know Sig Ep owned a lot there and planned to build there before getting kicked off years ago, but heard they are going to buy a house somewhere else. Makes me wonder about the future of Heritage, of course Pike and Phi Delt are all in there, but will the rest be just small frats and non-Greeks living in the apartments there?

I hate the set up of heritage. feels so weird that all the brothers live in like individual apartments.. I like the feeling of old school houses on campus way more.
