is there a sophomore quota?

I go to another school in the south where sophomores basically don't get bids, but I know a lot of girls who are sophomores here that rushed and got bids to top sororities. do you guys have a quota that requires sororities to take a certain amount of sophomores?

There is no quota but if the top tier houses fill their class with freshmen women, they won't take sophomores. The exception is for legacies.

Not true I was a sophomore Legacy to a top house and they dropped me right before Pref
