Out of phi sig, phi tau, and Delt, which one is the hardest/ best chance to get a bid?

Delt and Phi Sig will be harder to get a bid (but could be easier now that there homeless) and Phi Tau will be a little easier than the other two, but still difficult. All three are pretty hard to get a bid from.
