winterfest advice?

so i can't rush during fall because i won't be in town, but i'm sort of nervous about informal rush. :/ how much lower are my chances of getting in, and can i still go top tier?

Sorry but truthfully your chances are very low for spring getting a bid to any house .. Igiven that fall will yield huge classes most top houses won't probably need to do winter fest
