What were sigma nu and sigma chi like before they got kicked off?

Sigma Nu was good middle tier. Lots of fun. Not serious about anything. Sigma Chi was top tier with Pike and Delt and Phi Sig. Used to be top tier was LXA, Pike, Sig Chi and Delt. Now LXA is gone, Sig Chi is gone, Phi Sig is going. Who is joining Delt and Pike?
