confused by some frat hype

ok so after being at fsu for a while and hearing all about some of these frats and how great they are, I have some questions as to why ppl think these particular few deserve so much hype/not enough hype
1. ATO: WTF is the hype about this frat? idk why it's ranked so high all the time because I've never had a crazy good time there and I havent seen very much ato involvement/good looking guys
2. Phi Delt: confused as to why they don't receive more hype bc their house is amazing and the guys are good looking
3. Chi Phi: should be ranked higher, idk why they aren't bc they are so fun and deck day is great. I understand theyre not all the most attractive but theyre better than sig ep come on
4. KA: ????????????????? literal rednecks why are they considered good
5. Phi sig: phi sig has by far THE best functions at fsu (besides when pike occasionally throws something). not sure why people are trying to knock them

phi delt is usually considered a top 2, 3 or 4 fraternity depending who you ask so thats pretty high. Chi Phi doesn't quite have the social schedule/attendance of all top tier sororities. KA is not a top fraternity but a very good one. Just because they are "rednecks" doesn't mean they can't be good. FSU is still somewhat a southern school and a lot of Top tier southern girls in KD, ADPI and other top sororities love KAs.
