Any tips to keep makeup/ hair/ everything in check during rush? Also, if it rains what do we do?

Does anyone have any last minute advice?

What houses care about rec letters and which don't?

Can you get into a top their house without rec letter?

If I'm legacy will that be held against me?

Just curious!

It's Tallahassee, it IS going to rain. Normally around 3:30 or 4:00 every day in the summer there is a brief but amazing thunderstorm. Be prepared!

It's too late for rec letters at this point - you should have already worked on those! A rec will not get you into a house where you won't fit, but it might encourage a house to take a closer look at you.

Honestly, forget about the whole "tier" thing and try to approach this with an open mind.

its not too late for rec letters... if you send one in its not like they're just gonna throw it away. send a couple out to be safe.

Sorry - I meant it's too late if you haven't thought about them at all, and still need to hunt down alums, send them your resume, etc. If you have them ready, send them! If you're just starting the search... it's really late.
