heritage grove vs. campus

This is for guys and girls, where do you think is a better place to be for frats, Heritage Grove or closer to campus like College Avenue?

FSU doesn't have a fraternity row like some schools.
Heritage has Pike, Phi Delt, Phi Tau and Theta Chi (until they build on College). Those are solid top tier groups.
College has Delt, KA, Pi Kapp, Kappa Sig. Those are all solid chapters. No way to know what's going to happen to Phi Sig.
But, ATO is down around Pensacola Street with Chi Phi, and both of those are good.
ATO and Chi Phi must be getting traffic because they are big and get good pledge classes. Pike and Phi Delt aren't going anywhere. Delt and KA won their houses too so they aren't moving. Just depends I suppose on whether you want to be closer to Westcott and sorority row or closer to The Doak and Publix.

I'm interested in seeing college Ave on saturdays. Can hop from SAE, Sigma Pi(?), Pi Kapp, KA, Fiji, and Kappa Sig. Then go to ATO and Chi Phi on way to stadium
