strong sisterhood chapters?

IF you could choose any chapter to be in ,besides your own(if applicable), based on solely sisterhood (not looks or stereotypes etc) what chapter would you choose?

What do any of you really know about chapters that u aren't in... Lol, even if you hear things, you can't really judge the sisterhood unless you're in it.

I was at a fraternity date function one time and waiting for the bathroom I talked to a drunk DZ and a drunk AOpi and they both talked about how much they loooved their chapter so I'd say those two are a good bet. Also Phi mu, chio(always see them walking together) and zeta if you had to pick a top tier one
