How many girls actually receive bids? I keep hearing that recruitment is brutal and many girls drop because they do not think they'll get bids.

it's mostly based on Panhellenic. Stop psyching yourself out and just worry about being yourself

Approximately 1100+ will receive bids
About 1600+ will go thru recruitment

There's a large discrepancy in the numbers because a lot of girls drop each round because they go into recruitment dead set on certain chapters. Then when that chapter cuts them they think they're "too good" for the other chapters they have left so they drop. Just go through recruitment confident and with an open mind. Naturally you'll fall in love with some houses right away but don't get your mind locked on any houses early on. It's rare for girls to go through the whole recruitment process and not receive a bid
