what profiles would say each frat fits into?

I am an incoming junior looking to rush next semester, however I don't know much about each chapter, besides their promo videos. I was wondering in general what would you say the profile is for the frats: Which ones would you say are all about IM's and sports? Which ones are about networking and academics? Which ones are the party ragers(besides the obvious like Pike, Phisig, etc.)
I am honestly looking at ones that are a sweet middle point, where we have some good socials/parties, but where academics are not too neglected so I can continue building my GPA and professional network. Also I am currently working as a waiter to pay for school, dues when they come up, etc. So it would be important that they are flexible with working brothers. I would be interested in hearing from actives because they can give me the best insider perspective.
