Im a junior thats about to rush with a 3.1. Do i have any chance of getting in any house at all?

I actually wonder the same thing. On one hand I was reading the GPA report for most frats and the top ones have average GPA's hovering in the low 3's. I am currently sitting on a 3.35 GPA, not spectacular because my first few semesters dual enrolling I slacked a bit, but should get the job done.
