rankings predictions after this fall's rush

DG, KD and Zeta will fight it out for the best looking NM class. DDD, Theta, ADPi will be solid, and dark horse AXO will surprise everyone with how well they do.
Among the new sororities, Alpha Phi will finish the best, followed by AOPI and SDT.
Alpha Gam will do better than expected. Kappa and DZ will do worse than anticipated. Chi O and Pi Phi will be largely invisible to the human eye.
Pike will get the best looking guys who have money.
Delt will get the best looking guys who have actual personalities.
Phi Sig will get the best looking guys who may or may not speak English.
Pi Kapp, SAE and Kappa Sig will host a joint rush party where they will all wear bowties, blazers and shorts.
KA will join them but they will wear snake boots and vests.
Theta Chi and Phi Tau will get big pledge classes and rise in the overall standings. Phi Delt will be penalized for relentless self-promotion, but their fabulous mansion will draw a top class.
Sig Ep will do what they always do. Which means nobody pays much attention.
TKE, Phi Psi, ADPhi, Fiji, Beta will mix 'n match. All their pledges are interchangeable.

There's nothing wrong with having a mansion. That means you're alumni have money and if you want to succeed after college Alumni networking is key.

You can continue to bash Phi Delt, but they'll do better than just average even with their house. I've said before I can't stand some of the annoying guys they have but they are a top house. Greek rank won't change that.

ZTA, KD, DG, and DDD will all have their pick of girls like they always do. I think the wild card of the four is DG, they could knock it out of the park or they could underperform. Theta and AXO will do very well but of the two Theta will do better (I'm not necessarily trying to imply that they're comparable to each other, I'm just putting them together because they're next door to one another.) ADPi will do about as well as they did last year. Pi Phi, Chi O, and Phi Mu will have less than stellar new pledge classes as they continue to become less and less relevant. By being the most expensive house on campus while also being in the bottom three grade-wise, I can't see Alpha Phi having a good recruitment either. Unlike the first poster, I don't see any reason why DZ and Kappa wouldn't have good recruitments although I think DZ will do better than Kappa. Gamma Phi and AOPi are wild cards, they could both could do very well or very badly. I think that both will do better than expected though. Sig Delt will attract the same types of girls it always has. I don't see Alpha Gam doing well, I think they will really struggle with this year's recruitment like they have in years past.

No offense I really love some girls in agd and a lot of them are really sweet, but i heard that they won't have a house to rush out of this year so that might really hurt them :(
