Just remember, Phi Sig was Top 4 (3 now that SX is gone) when they were over in the house SAE now occupies. They didn't just get good after they moved into the Figi house. It will be Pike-Delt-Phi Sig for a long time.

I applaud all you try hards for really thinking that a top three fraternity at Florida state wouldn't have a plan to have a house next year. We already have our house and plan on starting the renovations soon. The first house we've owned while being at FSU instead of renting which means that we can finally fix it up how we want. But keeping thinking were homeless next year lol

They are moving into the old sigma nu house two doors down from zeta and it's no secret. I live in zeta and Ive seen phi sig exec members and an older man with a clip board walk in and around the house several times. Fiji you guys still suck, you'll never bring what phi sig brought to that house.

PSK has no money. They simply don't have the funds to buy another property. They can keep talking about how they will "buy" another house, but its all talk just like when they were saying they weren't going to move out for FIJI. PSK can party hard but besides that they are all talk.
