As a senior at Florida State in greek life and a long time member of IFC, these are the actual tiers going into Fall 2016. Enough spamming and self promos.
Pike/Delt/Phi Sig (TOP)
Phi Delt/ ATO/ Phi Tau (Upper Mid)
Theta Chi/Pi Kappa Phi (Mid)
Chi Phi/ Kappa Sig/Sig Ep/ KA (Lower Mid)
ZBT/ SAE/ Beta/ AEPi/ Fiji (Upper Bottom)
Phi Psi/Delta Chi/ Sigma Pi/ ADPHi (Bottom)

Who the hell cares if they just got their charter? If anything that's a plus over the other chapter ranked with them that doesn't have a charter but personally I don't think it makes a difference

Not having a charter means you are a pledge, a GDI. So please stop with this "it doesn't mean anything". How stupid.
