middle tier

what differentiates each fraternity in the middle tier? who is moving up/down?
kappa sig, chi phi, zbt, and sig ep

They have all been improving as of the past couple years, ZBT is a little bit behind the curve in that aspect, but better than the fraternities below them so they have been thrown in this group for the last year. Interested to see the upcoming year and what these fraternities do for the 4th of July coming up since the new IFC rule has been put in place. Actually interested to see what every fraternity does

I think last year Chi Phi was ahead of ZBT, Kappa Sig, and Sig Ep, however I think their suspension this year put them at a huge disadvantage and didn't really do much. Kappa Sig didn't really improve but they also did not regress. Sig Ep and ZBT have had 2 full great years in a row and improved in all aspects of Greek life (sports grades attractiveness parties etc) plus most sorority girls seem to always mention those two. If you enjoy one, you enjoy the other. However all 4 fraternities are great! Definitely all climbing to upper middle with their consistency

Calm down ZBT, Chi Phi is definitely better then you guys, he'll I'd even say Kappa Sig is better

If there's any fraternity that takes balled kids from other houses, it is Kappa Sig. ZBT had some of the best pledges this past spring semester, and I think every sorority they courted could testify. Also don't they have one of the lowest new member gpas....seems like they're doing something over there instead of just "handing out bids"

Zeebs are all over this site it's ridiculous, you guys up vote like nerds anything in your favor and down vote anything against you religiously. I feel bad for all of you. Who have they "impressed" that they have courted? They even contradict themselves with their pitiful self defenses as shown above^.
Let's get real all of these chapters have around the same number of active brothers in this tier. And ZBT you might just have the MOST

I disagree. ZBT has been in the spotlight on campus for DM, sports, philanthropies, and much better parties and activities at their house. I would say in that tier it is Chi Phi>SogEp/ZBT>Kappa Sig
