I come from a family of DZ legacies, but my GPA is 3.1. Do i have any chance of getting into DZ with that gpa?

You're shooting yourself in the leg if you plan on going into recruitment with your heart set on only one sorority. The best you can do is make sure that DZ is aware that you're a legacy and also have letters of recommendation for DZ from alumnae other than the ones that are in your family, but honestly I would take a bit to reflect and make sure that you're going into recruitment with the right mindset.
