What are the fraternities doing for the 4th with this new IFC rule in place?

What's the new rule? That they can't have parties at their house over the summer?

And they have to register any and all summer social events including parties, pregames, etc.

We're still going to rent places out and do stuff. We've always had to register parties and events. Pregames don't get registered because they're technically not supposed to happen. Regardless, we'll always find ways to work with new rules.
