To all future Potential New Members and Rushees:
Way too many people on this site are putting too much emphasis on the housing of fraternities. They are forgetting what makes fraternities- the gentlemen who call each other brothers. Sure a house is a good thing, but don't place too much importance on it.
Phi Sigma Kappa is made up of solid top tier guys. Do you really think the girls who party with them now are going to stop because they don't have the same house? Absolutely not. Phi Sig is known for being the animal house Miami meatheads. They won't lose their reputation just because they don't have the same house.
In the same note, FIJI will still be the same bunch of goobers they are now. The only difference is that they will now have a house. If this was true several other houses would be middle tier. Kappa Sigma would be top tier by now if housing was everything. They will still attract the same crowd of weirdos. Fraternities are only as good as the men on the composites.
Cool Beta now has a house. Who really cares? sure it's a step in the right direction. But they will not jump above the ranking they are now. It is not going to make them relevant all of a sudden. It is not like they are now getting pledge classes full of studs and cool guys.
All future PNMs, remember the fraternity is much more than a house. It is a group of men with the bond of brotherhood.

It's a bit of truth and a bit of stretching the truth lol, they won IMs for their division and they tried taking Phi Sig's spot in line dance I think because they use to do it also before they got kicked off

I heard a brother at the strip say that Cheers for Children used to be FIJIs and they might try to take it back since they got shut down with taking line dance away from Phi Sig

I don't think so, I know a few Fiji's and I think they used to do something similar to Cheers but they're obviously not gonna take it from Theta Chi

ha ha ha ha "won IM champs for fraternities". No way in hell. Fiji plays in the junior league. If they won anything it was in the gold league.
