Realistically Pike should be at their own level. Even though there are plenty of things I don't like about Pike, such as being unselective and lacking strong brotherhood, I still don't think anyone is at their level. The only fraternity that I think really gives them a run for their money is Delt

Personally witnessed a phi delt spray a beer on a girl and be a straight up grade A d-bag. Those guys aren't top tier in looks and they def aren't top tier in respect. They're behind ATO, Phi Tau, and Theta Chi.

There's nothing wrong with Phi Delta they're easily top half maybe top quarter, but they're not in the same league as Pike and Delt.
Pike and Delt are very different although they rush the same guys, but I know what makes each one unique. When I think of Phi Delta nothing specific comes to mind except their house.

Fiji has made some strides but I'd definitely hold off and give them more time to prove themselves before they start moving ahead of some of those fraternities

Fiji your spring class 16 was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Your fall 15 class was DECENT for a "new and growing" fraternity....take that as you may.

Phi Delt is probably 2nd or 3rd. They are so strong at every major southern school and FSU is no different. That's fine if you don't like them, their chapter is full of money and dominance. Those are the facts. They don't have a shack rather a mansion and they have actual prominent alumns.

I think as far as top tiers go it's probably

Pike
Delt/Phi Delt
Phi Sig/Phi Tau/OX

But I agree Phi Delt is top tier and above many houses. There's a few who try to bring them down but at the end of the day they are top.
