What are the major differences between the girls in the top tier sororities?

The difference between these 3 vs all the rest is that they have the highest percentage by far of the really hot girls. All sororities have attractive girls, some more than others. Notice I am not saying they have the nicest, cutest, most involved or smartest girls. Just superficially hot.

where they are from maybe? DG is very soflo and new york type. Zeta is pretty soflo but a lot from mid soflo 561 area. KD is kind of Tampa, jax, maybe a bit more southern type feel.
