I'm an SAE legacy throughout my whole family. Will SAE be good next year with the new house?

They'll be fine, don't worry about tiers especially if you're a legacy that wants to share that bond with your family members. Tiers don't mean much once you're in a fraternity

Join SAE here and then transfer and re-affiliate to any SEC school and you'll be golden

I'm not sure if they are actually moving into that house or not. If they do it will probably be a solid pc. I've met some pretty cool guys in there but that house they have now kills them

Thanks. I don't think ill transfer but yeah, thats what people have been telling me that a new house would help them. Joining a growing chapter would be cool. I've seen the place they have now and i don't know if ill have the interest to join with that being the chapter house. Thank you for the replies.
