Delt Whoever said Delt is going down was wrong. Delt is big time.
Phi Sig Don't know how long they'll be up there w/o a house but they deserve rank.

I know some people on here especially may disagree but I hate when people say "the rest don't matter". Every fraternity has great guys and great events, plus if these rankings are targeted at pnm's in particular, a lot changes in four years that they will be here

New beta house is gonna be on Pensacola near ATO. I really don't think FIJI will jump that soon

Ka and Pi Kapp may not be as good as ATO or Phi Delt but are not comparable to Sig Ep, Chi Phi, or Kappa Sig.
There should almost be a bracket that consists of KA Pi Kapp and Theta Chi

I completely agree with this except I think Beta is significantly better than Fiji. Finished exec board and facey guys are good for them, but that's it. That's only a handful out of the several dozen brothers they do have. Beta on the other hand has been really selective with their brothers. Their "goobers" are graduating this upcoming year that were given bids when they were colonized. Once they're in a house for a year or so I think they'll be better than AEPi and SAE, but just below the ZBT/Sig Ep/ Kappa Sig tier.
