ZBT has the option to buy their house fall 2018 when LXA comes back to campus. They have the first choice to do with it what they want. I'd assume they're just going to buy it, but if they choose not to they'll probably just build a really nice house somewhere on campus

You mean that ZBT can force LXA to sell them their house?
I do with ZBT well; they've worked hard. Hard for me to believe that LXA would walk away from their house.

They have a legal contract to the house to purchase it from their renting contract. LXA Nationals doesn't even want them in that house because of the shooting

I'm not challenging you, it just doesn't sound right. The LXA alumni built that house themselves, not their national. They're an old chapter with a lot of pride. I can't believe they'd let it go. If they're not in that house they'll never be good again.

I legitimately don't see how ZBT would buy it from Lambda Chi. They have not been around at FSU for very long (probably not that many rich ass older alumni to donate), banks do not give out mortgage loans for fraternity houses, and nationals probably won't help out because of the liability that is on their end.

I am so sick of hearing about sigma chi and lambda chi and when they will come back. Who the F cares? If they do, none of us will even be in college anymore at that point. Enjoy FSU Greek life the way it is.
