Personally my belief in each tier. I think over the next few years Theta will rise above DDD , and Phi Mu will rise above Pi Phi and possibly even Alpha Phi if DDD and Phi Mu continue to recruit as they did this year. Although each chapter has a mix of girls this is an overgeneralization. Row four is different for almost every person.
