You're missing the point. If you're in the right fraternity in college then you know the right people. If you're in a goober fraternity then you don't know the right people. Knowing the right people won't get you the job, but it WILL get you an interview. You're naïve if you think the ATOs at Florida or the SAEs at Alabama don't watch out for and take care of their own.
