The other post about the sister who’s name started with E, I think I know exactly who you’re talking about because I talked to the same person. Decent looking girl, above Alpha Gam for sure. The conversation with her just made me want to die inside. It was so awkward, and it almost felt like I was the one who was pushing it forward and not her, and she just could not keep eye contact with me for like more than maybe half a second. When I saw her, I was so confused as to why she was a sister. After talking to her, I knew exactly why. And there are a couple more like her as well in the chapter. Don’t let them lure you in, stay away. There is a reason why they’re not at a better house, they didn’t want them.

being a member of this chapter was the worst mistake I made in college. You may feel bad or even gravitate towards them because these girls look and act different than the other chapters, but in reality a lot of them are extremely rude. I don’t know what reality they live in that gives them this attitude or extremely high sense of self importance. When I was a new member, older members wouldnt even talk to me and there were so many cliques. I thought agd was “different” but in reality it’s more of the same. Dont rush this chapter and go find a house with an actual sisterhood that embraces its members and doesnt just recruit for money to keep the chapter barely in good standing.

I talked to a sister who was truly not a terrible looking girl, I think her name started with an E. I went in thinking there might be some genuine hope for this chapter. Literally thirty seconds in, and all my hope went down the drain. She was the weirdest and most awkward girl I’ve ever talked to. So if you see any even somewhat decent girls around alpha gam, just know there’s a reason they’re in alpha gam.

it’s always strange seeing a semi-decent looking girl in this chapter, but then you have to realize that they either have a horrible personality and are rude and fake or are just weird and no other chapter wanted them. I pity this house, they always seem to struggle with members and money compared to everyone else. Maybe do something original and re-establish yourselves as unique instead of trying to be like every other chapter on campus.

They are so friendly and are really involved in growing the sisterhood.

Strongly urge pnms and new non initiated members to please look at the reviews after rush, that’s where you see the true image of a chapter and not the fake “they were so nice to talk to.” Some were deleted, but look at the ones up talking about money and lack of sisterhood and reputation. Save yourself some money and mental health and get out while you can.

Listen their house is nice, but they put little effort into rush, their ideas for events, Instagram, etc. I get that they will take anyone, but it makes no sense how they’ll do that and have small numbers of members unless there’s something wrong with the sisterhood. There’s no reason why with the small reputation you have you can’t build yourself up, but with the obvious cliques, lack of originality and selectivity, and amount of money you charge, there’s no way.

You’re literally better off as a gdi socially than you would be as an active member of this sorority.

when a chapter has high drop rates and only 129 active members compared to all the other chapters 200+, you know there’s an issue.

When over 75% of the active sisters, including some who are on exec, refuse to put the letters of their own sorority in their Instagram bios, you know something is fundamentally wrong with this sorority.
