This chapter has continued to go downhill over the last few years at the school. There is no sisterhood whatsoever. There are cliques with groups who tear down other ‘sisters’ constantly. They can’t even have as many events now due to having to lower the budget with low membership. They work so hard to fix their image but need to first fix themselves. Dropping is practically impossible without having to pay thousands of dollars. Worst mistake I ever made in college.

Mean spirited and lacking in the qualities that would make someone a good sister. Not at all classy.

AOII is the sorority for girls who don't fit the typical sorority girl mold, but aren't weird either. A lot of the members are pretty alternative in terms of style/aesthetic and views, and there are also more women of color in AOII than any other chapter at FSU, which makes it a very diverse environment. But the diversity of AOII does make their sisterhood a bit weaker, as they are missing a sense of community and relatability amongst their members. Overall, AOII doesn't really deserve to placed as low as it is currently, and is honestly a very active and friendly chapter.

This is the third time I've commented. They keep getting deleted. I was in this sorority and got in trouble for rating a girl "prettier than she was" by older members in 2019. Headquarters needs more members to pay their bills, so this chapter can only drop a handful of people, but the members still rate girls on their looks and speculate whether they can pay the bills based on what vacation they went on the summer before recruitment. These women judge pnms while knowing that they can't drop them and may very likely be friends with them later. The unprofessionalism of members with power is destructive for women who are living on their own for the first time. They don't let you leave without threatening your credit score and "voting" you out.

choosing to go aoii was quite genuinely one of the worst decisions i’ve made in college. the sisterhood is incredibly lacking for a chapter that’s too expensive. i’m still in the chapter because of the way they financially exploit their members by not letting them drop without a major fight. i’ll just say this: there’s a reason why aoii’s are known as the weird sorority girls on campus!

All the aoiis I know clearly love each other and are proud to be members, all the negative comments on here must be from people who have graduated and moved on. Plus their new exec looks fire
