Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.4 Lmao all these posts are from other fraternities . Other than the house which could be better they are killing it. They have the house to the right of KA tho which is actually pretty nice. Best events this year, project ox and tailgates were fire. After the year of fraternities getting kicked off they are debatably number 2 on campus.

No one went to “project ox” or you’re tailgates. No one truly believes theta chi is top tier except for theta chi
