How can ya’ll flex that you’re the best when you won’t be able to host parties or tailgates next year. It’s more of a social club that occasionally rents out venues. Very egotistical

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 3.5 Good looking dudes who are also pretty nice and cool to hang with but the new dry house is REALLY going to hurt them. I say top tier in a “they’re above KA and Kappa Sig” way. They’re kinda borderline at this point

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.0 Could be top, last pledge class definitely had some facey guys, but had some that weren’t also . Need to get pledge classes with all cooler guys and that’s it. Will probably have a crazy rush with the new house.
