Your percentage isn’t as high as it was yesterday and yesterday you had to 227. I check every day for the hilarity of it with the other frat. A whole bunch of theirs got deleted too....Anyways I can’t wait to party at your lion.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 3.5 Actually..... while I agree with a lot of the previous post, I would say that the more negative reviews you get on this site, the better you are doing. And the fraternities on the same level or lower than you do not like it! So good for you SAE. Hope you have a good fall rush. And if you do, there will be even more frat guys feeling threatened on here bashing you. You do need to clean up your house a little. The constant partying has left it in need of a good cleaning, but that’s the only negative thing this girl has to say

Actually..... while I agree with a lot of the previous post, I would say that the more negative reviews you get on this site, the better you are doing. And the fraternities on the same level or lower than you do not like it! So good for you SAE. Hope you have a good fall rush. And if you do, there will be even more frat guys feeling threatened on here bashing you. You do need to clean up your house a little. The constant partying has left it in need of a good cleaning, but that’s the only negative thing this girl has to say

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 3.7 Anyone reading this needs to take everything on this site with a grain of salt. With the recent bad ratings in the last week I’d say someone has it in for one of the brothers. From a girl standpoint, SAE has a fun house on College Avenue. There’s always something going on. The last two pledge classes have brought this fraternity big improvements. They have fun date functions and I honestly can’t find anything bad or negative to say about the SAE brothers that I know. Nice normals guys who have a house in the perfect spot where something is always happening and they’re easy to be around. I never feel on guard and my friends and I enjoy their company. All the negative reviews are from immature guys in other frats. Or maybe just one who keeps changing his name.

But love that you responded so quickly proving that a lower frat, that I will not name, really is on here constantly just for the point of checking for good SAE reviews and bashing them because they’ve had two good pledge classes in a row and their reputation is getting better and better.
