Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 1.0 all of the positive reviews here are self promos. these guys are seriously weird. nerdy unpopular guys who desperately wanna be top tier. most people haven't even heard of these dorks. they are 100% bottom tier rejects like TKE and ZBT. they love stroking their own wangz on this website but ask ANYONE in person and they'll tell you that Phi Psi is irrelevant
