Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 3.8 Let's be real here. Phi Delt isn't Pike but they might as well be up there. If you're on college weekly, you're pretty much top tier.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.0 A lot of good looking guys from Boca/Ft lauderdale, Orlando, Jax, vero beach, and New York or out of state so it's a good mix. Some can be kind of douchey but which frat doesn't have those. Very well connected in the nightlife scene. Have good relationships with all the top fraternities and sororities. Great house my fav to tailgate at!
