Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 1.4 Burt Ryenolds is like 70 years ild. Some Phi Delts are great guys but overall strictly average. If their so great why cant tbey pair with tbeir first choice soroity? Average/above aversge

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 5.0 Probably the top house at FSU. They have the house, the events and the money. When you have all three, you are set. Oh, and Burt Reynolds as an alum doesn't hurt.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.0 Great house, one of the nicest on campus. Fall pledge class was great. Have been getting more involved and its been showing. The brothers in the chapter are closer than those of other fraternities. On the way up, shouldn't be long before they could be argued as a top teir fraternity

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 3.8 Their house is second best on campus to Pikes. They had a really good PC this Fall, weren't as involved socially this year as they usually are. They're definitely not the most involved Fraternity when it comes to events and what not. They're all about brotherhood though and not all about being "facey" which is different from a lot of other fraternities. They got set back from getting in trouble a few years ago but they're on the up and up. And in all honesty the cruise video was wild.
