Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.4 Not sure why everyone says they are a bunch of south florida skater kids, they have their letters outside of golds gym lol. Great group of guys and anyone who tells you anything different is just trying to discredit their handwork.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 5.0 In my opinion they are about second or third best house. They don't use their national rep like they should. Phi Delt is top at most southern schools because of old money and prominent old guard politics.
