Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 2.4 They aren’t awful, definitely in the bottom tier but not the worst fraternity on campus. They are renting phi delts house and all the sudden they think they are a middle tier fraternity and they are far from it. Their last party they had maybe 60 people there, y’all got a long way to go before you’re passing beta let alone moving into the bottom of the middle tier
