They are always super fun to be around, have a great philanthropies (which they hardly ever get credit for having) and are always very friendly to girls. Good looking pledge classes and are definitely on the right track!

Fun fact: Heritage is owned by FSU. All frats lease from Fsu, which is why nonfrat kids live in Heritage shacks. Fsu doesnt have to renew Delta Chis lease, just like your landlord doesnt have to renew your lease

They used to be inactive for a bit but are a genuine group of guys who do not pretend to be something they are not. All very nice. Becoming very active and honestly they are beginning to put other frats at shame in terms of involvement. Throw really good parties. Always a fun time, no complaints.
