Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.4 Really like this group of guys. Very friendly and fun. Great location for the house and have great tailgates. Seem to be very involved in philanthropy. . Should be a good time.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 3.5 Chi Phi is definitely an up and coming fraternity this fall. They're taking back the phi psi house which means they're in prime location for tailgates in the fall. If they can keep up with some other lower tier fraternities in terms of recruiting they have a really good chance of getting up there. Keep an eye on these ones.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.0 New. Some of the brothers I have seen so far are decent looking, nothing crazy yet. Very nice guys, made efforts early with sorority philanthropy which is impressive for being so new with such little foundation. Very excited to see what they can do with their house back next semester and how large their PC is.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.7 From the start, the guys have been very active in the community and are respected by most sororities. Few years from now these guys will be top tier, especially when the new house is built in college town. Chi Phi is back and ready to return to the top. Rush the best.
