Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 2.0 i know about 5 of them, they are decent guys, but all of the other ones i met were rude and just not cool. They kicked a dude out of there house because he was hitting on a girl and they said that girl belonged to them. I am friends with the chick, and that was her first time at chi phi. WTH
