Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.6 They won Fraternity of the Year last year and killed it on philanthropy. Their Panhell relations have been steadily improving and they got a major function with us and probably other upper mids this year, which suggests they're rising up to Upper Mid from where they were before. From what I've seen from their announcement at our house, their PC 15 was even better than last year's. Good job guys!!!!!

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.6 My boyfriend recently pledged here at Chi Phi, and I've gotta say...they're awesome! The guys are so friendly and definitely know how to have a great time. The boys all seem very close and they're definitely one of the better fraternities! I love hanging out with them.
