Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.6 top 4 houses in heritage, and i prefer their tailgates over phi delt and pike, maybe not phi tau. They NEVER run dry and are definitely the fraternity that has moved up the most over the last couple of semesters.

These guys are smarter than most frat kids on campus, not top tier yet but they're definitely getting there

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.4 They're really cool and have like proved themselves these past few sems.
