this is in fact a sorority at Drake. It is a historically African American sorority, and Drake University is home to the Phi chapter. Here is their Instagram @dstphichap

Delta Sigma Theta is part of the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) or "Divine 9," unlike the other five sororities at Drake, which are part of the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC). Therefore, Delta has their own recruitment, which is not part of the NPC sororities' Formal Recruitment. It might be a smaller sorority, but all the girls I met are very nice and involved on campus. Check them out!

This isn't a sorority at Drake I don't think... Even if it's not apart of NPC, I have yet to meet any of these girls, nor have I seen anyone wearing these letters. Drake is a small campus and as an involved upperclassmen I feel like I should have heard of them by now??
