Phi has kinda been defeated by Kappa as the top house. Girls in phi just aren’t super outgoing or nice, though they still do have a rep for being hot and partying. I know they were bitter with some of the other sororities this year when they didn’t reach their quota, yet they definitely didn’t practice as much as some of their houses. Time to stop being bitter towards the other sororities and working towards bettering yourself.

Rich, snobby, party girls is the Phi stereotype. Some of them are absolutely wonderful, but put them together and it is TOXIC. There is a reason why a chunk of people have dropped in the past couple years compared to previously.

Phi is a house that is filled with great women. I think that they have many cliques that inhibit their ability to have great sisterhood or be panhellenic in the way that they strive to be. Great parties and they are often found with SigEP or FIJI. There is a lot of potential in this house, but they are lacking that motivation to continuously strive for progress as an organization

In the past, I would say Phi was the house to be in. While the girls are all pretty and seem to love their chapter, they’re not as nice to girls in the other houses, which is upsetting to see since Drakes campus is so small. I feel like they’re too into their image instead of realizing what fsl life is really about. Like someone else said I love my friends in Phi but as a chapter not as much

As a social person on Drake's campus, I love the women of Alpha Phi. They're social, involved, and have a good sisterhood. Top on campus. Best girls go Alpha Phi.

I'm a gdi (unfortunately). I love a lot of Phis, but some Phi's bad reputations shadow the rest of the girls. they are pretty involved on campus and in other chapters' philanthropies, but they party hard (I rarely see any studying, you can usually find them taking over Peggy's though) and are not Panhellenic when it comes down to supporting other chapters and their members and building genuine connections with other houses. like I said, I love my friends in Phi, but not Phi as a whole.
