This house is definitely one of the top on the street. Fun guys to party with but they are a little bit cliquey. Overall a great house, cute guys who are nice and fun to be around in a social setting.

This is a top house, that being said it is not a top fraternity. Not having a pledge process hurts this organization. A pledge process promotes brotherhood within a class and gives the new members a chance to align themselves with the values of the fraternity. The fraternity offers little when it comes to developing its new members into men. Fraternities were established as societies aiming to better its members and the community. This is where they struggle.

Good kids but need to improve. They're perfect on paper, just a little off in person.

They are such a fun group of guys to hang with. There may be so many different type of men in the house, but all together they show the true characteristics of being a balanced fraternity. The house strives for good grades and it shows within their members. All around great guys and fun people too.

I have numerous friends in Sig Ep, and will attest that they're some great guys. However, I'm very glad I'm not a member of Sig Ep. They function as more of a social club than a fraternity, having no pledging process to garner commitment and build an understanding of what Greek Life is about. Their Balanced Man program is a strength, and those who take it seriously stick out from the rest. The size of Sig Ep helps with campus involvement but leads to cliques and hinders their brotherhood.
