They have worked so hard over the last few years to be more than just the new chapter on the block. They don't kick sisters out for trivial reasons, as post below said. Every chapter has women who choose to leave cancelling their membership, but that doesn't mean they were told to go. Their sisterhood is truly built on sharing the same values and loving one another. With 70+ women no one always gets along, but they always love each other. ADPi is full of fun, silly, remarkable, and kind women.

Some of my friends are in this house but they're the only Phi's I talk to mostly because they're the only ones who have a good head on their shoulders. They only really interact with Fiji and SigEp.

Working hard to move up, but not quite there yet. Sweet girls who are really dedicated to each other and to improving. I hope they reach capacity soon so that Greek life at Drake can expand beyond 5 sororities.

Stereotypical sorority house. Girls are rich, snobby, talk about each other, and go out all the time. There are a few that are very nice but most are not. This is the perfect sorority for anyone looking to wear letters and get invited to parties without having to commit to a sisterhood.

On the rise. These girls care a lot about grades and creating a strong sisterhood and less about social status. They are very involved outside of Theta and they are not typical "sorority girls" which is admirable. This type of house isn't for everyone, but they seem just fine with that. People like them because they have more to talk about than just their house. Interesting, funny girls, just maybe not all of them rage on the weekends.

They are a top 'house' but they disgrace the idea of a fraternity. They talk the talk but do not walk the walk.
