Great group, defiantly have the 'frattier' style to their house. They aren't the biggest house on campus but known to have a very strong brotherhood. They defiantly throw some best parties on campus & I haven't really heard many negative things about them.

They've had a really good recruitment class this year and got some very social guys. Their house is the best venue for parties as cause theres enough open space. Also everybody loves sticker kid

Some of these women are great. They are smart and well rounded. Others, just like to party. There are the house most know to be "loose", if you know what I mean. They mainly hang out with FIJI. In terms of partying, I have to give it to them, they are probably the wildest group of girls on campus.

You want animal house... You got it. Heavy drinking, heavy smoking. From The outside their house looks amazing. Just about everyone in this house smokes. Heck, my dealer is apart of this house. They know how to party, but that is just about it. Grades are not the best. No real noticeable effort in service or philanthropy.

Much like sigep, they have a huge ego. I have noticed that many of them transform over the years while apart of this house. This change is not really the best thing . I know guys that were very classy and smart entering college. After some time being in this house, they turned into egocentric idiots. I'm not directly blaming this on the house but I have not really seen this in any other house on the street, except maybe sigep. I hope things begin to change for these guys for the better.

No doubt the biggest house on campus. 100+ guys. I know for a fact that the upper classmen don't even really know who some of the new guys are. They may be a dry house but at their satellite houses they are basically a modern version of animal house. For example the floor began to give way at one of there houses because of partying. Some guys do sincerely worry about grades but there are others who focus on social life. They are a big house with an even bigger ego.

Over the years this house has definitely changed for the better. The house looks amazing. They don't have a pledge program anymore. There a are a few heavy drinkers and smokers, but still very respectable. School is still a priority for these guys and it shows. They take service and philanthropy very seriously as well. Like any house on the street they have their flaws, but they seem to be trying to fix these. I only recommend people get to know them because they are a nice group of guys to know

I'm friends with a junior phi and they recruited #1 this year. It's very obvious why. They are genuinely good people, constantly working on making themselves better and are SO fun. If I was in Greek like I'd want to be a phi.
