Large house so naturally there are some real d-bags, but most are nice. Really poor brotherhood though. Most don't even know all their brothers. I once overheard a member of Sig Ep ask a member of another fraternity if he was part of the chapter.

A lot of people ignore Pi Kapp when it comes to social events, but they recently got a house and just started having parties. Some members actually do go out to bars. They are a great group of guys who know how to have fun and not to mention are super classy.
